Parties and acceptance
These terms are between you, the person using Miraland, and Miraland Yazılım A.Ş. (placeholder), which provides the service. When you start using the service, you accept these terms; if you don't accept them, don't use the service.
What the service is, and its limits
On Miraland you can take personality tests, prepare your birth chart and read compatibility reports. These tools are offered to help you understand yourself and your relationships better.
The reports are not a diagnosis or a certain prediction; they don't replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Don't base important decisions on these reports alone.
Account and age limit
You can try the tests without an account. To keep your report and send invitations, you need a free account. The service is not open to people under 16.
You're responsible for what is done in your account; the information you give must be accurate.
Invitation and sharing rules
Only send invitations to people you know and who are aware of it. The following are not allowed:
- taking a test on someone else's behalf,
- entering someone else's birth details without their permission,
- spreading report images in a way that exposes a person.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer how the service works without permission, collect data in bulk with automated tools, or use the service to harass others. If you find a security vulnerability, report it through the contact form.
Content and intellectual property
Your answers and your report belong to you; you only give us the permission to process them that is needed to provide the service. The interface, texts and visual language belong to Miraland and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”; we don't promise that it will work without interruption or errors. The consequences of decisions you make based on the reports are yours. Your mandatory consumer rights are reserved in all cases.
Suspension and termination
We first warn accounts that violate the terms and may suspend them in case of a serious violation. You can also close your account whenever you want; when you do, the deletion process in the Privacy Policy applies.
Changes
The terms may be updated; the new version is published on this page together with its effective date. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
