Your information belongs to you. You're in control.

You choose who can see your reports. Here you can find out about sharing permissions, how invitations work and how you can delete your data.

Sharing permissions

No one else can see your report unless you choose to share it.

A separate decision for each report. You decide which report to share. Sharing one report doesn't open up your other reports.
Inviting someone isn't sharing a report. Adding someone to My Universe doesn't mean you've shared your reports with them. Seeing the compatibility between you also needs both of your consent.
Your test answers stay private. In the compatibility report, you see results about your relationship. You can't see each other's test answers or the raw scores used in the calculation.

Invitation security

The person you invite decides for themselves whether to share their report with you.

The link is valid for seven days. After it expires, no new share can be made with this link. You can keep seeing a report that was already shared.
An invitation is tied to an email address. To share their report, the invited person signs in with the email address the invitation was sent to.
One report per invitation. One invitation shares one report. To share a different report later, a new invitation is needed.
You can withdraw an invitation. You can cancel an invitation you sent. If a report was shared with you through it, you're asked to confirm. When you confirm, your access to that report and to the compatibility result tied to this invitation ends. The report stays in its owner's account.

Deleting your data

If you like, you can first download a copy of your data and then delete your account.

Download your copy before deleting. From the My data page, you can download your reports, answers and the other data tied to your account in one file.
You confirm the deletion. You can go ahead from the “Delete account” section on the Profile page. Your account is only deleted after you confirm in the last step.
Your shares are removed too. When your account is deleted, your answers, reports and connections are deleted permanently too. Other people can no longer reach these reports or the compatibility results tied to you.

How is your information protected?

Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We don't sell your data to third parties or match it with advertising networks. You can read the details on the Privacy Policy page.
